Lucas Levy Chantelou
I like hard problems and tidy solutions.
I'm a third-year software development student at Erhvervsakademi København in Copenhagen, and I run Dandelion, a one-person software company. I'm most at home in backend and distributed systems, platform and DevOps work, AI integrations and security.
Open to part-time student developer roles alongside my studies.

BikeRentalOps
A bike rental platform for a Copenhagen hotel that replaced a paper process. It started as my final AP project; the hotel asked me to build it out, and staff now use it every day. I moved it from Azure to Hetzner and deploy it with Docker, GitHub Actions and Nginx.

Finding a bottleneck that wasn't the CPU
I added Prometheus and Grafana to a deployed web app and wrote a k6 load suite against it. Under concurrent load, latency climbed while CPU stayed low: requests were waiting, not working. The cause was an exhausted HikariCP connection pool.

An end-to-end quality gate for a government agency
During my internship at Styrelsen for Grøn Arealomlægning og Vandmiljø, I built a Playwright suite covering the GUDP case-handling workflows and put it in CI as a quality gate. Manual regression testing there could take days to weeks; the gate caught bugs before they shipped.

Shopify and POS integration
For a wine retailer with a shop, a restaurant and a webshop, I'm designing a two-way integration between Shopify and their point-of-sale system: OAuth 2.0 client credentials, webhooks where they exist and polling where they don't, idempotent order handling, and mapping Shopify SKUs to POS product IDs.
